Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all FalcOne Gallery tags attached to ensure the garment remains in pristine condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our gallery artisans inspect the returned pieces, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
